Terms & Conditions — pzok User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pzok platform available at pzok.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pzok (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Your continued use of pzok following any update to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms. pzok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read together with pzok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Use of the pzok platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by pzok or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the pzok platform voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

pzok uses third-party verification tools to confirm the identity and age of players. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, pzok reserves the right to restrict account access until the verification process is resolved. All verification documents submitted to pzok are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

To access pzok's gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and for updating it promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the pzok platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts identified by pzok will be closed immediately, and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts may be voided without prior notice.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. pzok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pzok support immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure. You may request the closure of your pzok account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations, including pending withdrawal requests or any amounts owed to the platform. pzok may also close an account at its discretion if a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.

pzok processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account after deducting any applicable transaction fees. pzok accepts no liability for funds lost due to third-party deposit attempts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pzok may request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal above the applicable threshold. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the registered name on your pzok account.

pzok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of an active dispute. In all cases, pzok will notify the player of the reason for any delay in writing via the registered email address or through the in-platform notification system.

pzok offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to the individual offer, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented to the player.

Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds awarded to your pzok account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for meeting those requirements will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering will not count toward the requirement.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• pzok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be revoked mid-wagering cycle, provided the player is complying with these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the timeframe stated on the offer, after which any unused spins and associated winnings will be voided.
• Seasonal promotions (e.g., BPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Victory Day) are available for a limited time and subject to the specific terms published alongside each campaign.

All games and betting markets available on pzok are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and sports betting operators whose services are integrated into the platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you accept the applicable game or market rules in addition to these Terms.

Cricket Betting. Betting markets on the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket fixtures are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In-play bets accepted after the start of a match are subject to the live data feed available at the time of acceptance. pzok is not liable for delays in live data feeds caused by third-party providers. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or reduction in overs, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules, which will be displayed on the relevant market page.

Live Casino. Live casino games, including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, are hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and governed by the rules of those providers. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round will be voided and all bets returned to the player's account. Winnings from completed rounds settled prior to a disconnection are not affected.

Each game's rules, paytable, and certified RTP are accessible within the game's information panel. pzok does not alter game mechanics, RTP values, or paytables from those certified by the provider's testing laboratory.

Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by pzok in the following circumstances: the bet was placed after an event had already commenced; incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error; the bet was placed by an account suspected of fraudulent activity; or the relevant market is cancelled or suspended by the provider. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum Winnings. pzok applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits across all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page and are subject to change with notice. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum limit will not be paid and the excess amount will be forfeited.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a limit are processed immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders that appear after a defined period of continuous play, prompting a review of time and spending.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pzok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with pzok support.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games in a manner not consistent with genuine individual play.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to place bets or play games at incorrectly displayed odds or RTP values. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the pzok platform, its servers, or any third-party systems integrated into the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pzok staff, other players, or any party connected to the platform via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds through a payment account that does not belong to you, or receiving withdrawals into a third-party account.

pzok reserves the right to report any player conduct believed to constitute criminal activity to the relevant authorities. Financial records, transaction logs, and communication histories may be provided to law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

All content available on the pzok platform — including but not limited to the pzok brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, betting market presentations, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical works — is the intellectual property of pzok or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pzok platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the pzok platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use the pzok brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside of referencing your personal account or describing the platform in a factual and non-misleading manner.
• Create derivative works based on pzok's platform design, game interfaces, or any other copyrighted material.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the pzok platform on a third-party website or application without written consent.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with pzok. Players may not record, stream, or distribute gameplay content in a manner that violates those studios' content usage policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pzok, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from a player's own decisions, strategies, or choices during play.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party system failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Game data display errors caused by third-party data feed providers, including live score data for cricket or other sports.
• Loss of account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• Any action taken by pzok in good faith to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or fraud prevention obligations.

pzok's total aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

pzok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pzok will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of no less than 7 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision in all cases.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using pzok and may request closure of your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pzok operates as a platform focused on the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the laws and regulations that apply to its Bangladesh-based player base.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pzok arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first contact the pzok support team at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for pzok to investigate and respond to the complaint in good faith. The majority of account, payment, and game disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. pzok will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant account records, transaction logs, and correspondence to the appointed adjudicator.

Language of Proceedings. All formal dispute documentation, complaints, and correspondence with pzok must be submitted in English. Responses from pzok will be provided in English. Support interactions may also be conducted in Bengali at the player's preference.
